Terms of Service

Last updated:

Account use

You must be at least 18 years old to create a doughjo account. Each person may hold a single account. You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in and for the activity that happens on your account. Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.

AI accuracy disclaimer

doughjo uses AI models to assess your bakes and produce coaching guidance. AI verdicts are guidance only and may be wrong. The final call on what to do with a bake — whether to bake, shape, retard, or discard — is always yours. Do not rely on a doughjo verdict for food-safety decisions.

Payment terms

doughjo is currently free to use during the beta. Subscription terms, paid plans, billing cycles, and refund rules are to be defined and will be published here before any charge is taken from your account. Continued use of the product after we publish paid terms means you accept those terms for any paid features you choose to enable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload illegal content or content you do not have the right to share;
  • scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the service or its data;
  • use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate others, or to transmit malware;
  • interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from account settings, or by contacting us at support@doughjoai.app.

Limitation of liability

doughjo is provided as is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the accuracy of AI verdicts and any guidance produced by the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is capped at the total fees you paid us, if any, during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
